Through a collaborative partnership, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Guided by the strategic expertise of our Founder, Loren Smith, we provide clear, actionable direction to transform your ideas into impactful results. Our approach blends strategic planning with thoughtful execution, enabling you to turn your community and network into a powerful source of revenue.

We manage it all...communication, marketing, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, sponsorship assistance,  and logistics. We do all the heavy lifting so your event not only meets but surpasses expectations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I speak with a team member before booking your services?
    Yes, we do offer complimentary consultations. This session will last 20 minutes and is used as a meet and greet and time to ask questions about our services only.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we have flexible payment plans for all services and payment schedule is based on timeline of the project.
  • What do need before I get started?
    Hosting an event for your community can be an exciting but also challenging process. It does require a high level of mental preparation and openness to receive the results that you desire. The key to maximizing your experience is to approach the process with an open mind and be transparent about your goals, expectations, and preferences. Take a deep breath and strap in, this is going to be a game changer for your community!
  • Are your services refundable?
    Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
    No, we understand things beyond our clients control can occur. We reserve a spot in our schedule for your project and turn away other potential clients during that time.
  • Does the fee associated with the The Event Blueprint package go towards future services?
    Yes, if you book us to take on the event that we did the strategy for within 90 days of your initial session, we will give a partial credit towards that project.
  • How far in advance should I hire your team for my event?
    It truly varies based on the scope of the event. We recommend as early as possible, especially for events that are larger in scaled and/ or high ticket events. Planning well in advance allows for better vendor selection, overall event preparation, and can aid increasing potential sales with more lead way time. However, any event occurring in less than 6 weeks will occur an expedited service fee.
  • What type of events can I hire your team for?
    We specialize in small and mid size events. In the past, clients have booked us for product launches, brand activation, focus groups, wine tastings, online events, and social events to name a few
  • Do you offer any of your services al a carte?
    Yes, for returning clients and new clients are on a case by case basis.
