WHO´S THE FACE BEHIND THE AGENCY?
Hey there! I’m Loren Smith, an intentional event curator, creative, connector, strategic thinker, and the founder of The Lavish Brand Collective.
The Lavish Brand Collective was founded with the intention of connecting with a community of like-minded female entrepreneurs who are ready to be intentional about who and how they connect.
I am a 9-5er and entrepreneur, yes I balance both! I currently work at a boutique search firm where I manage high-volume, cross-industry placements and support employer culture at scale. I’ve spent the last 10+ years in the world of talent acquisition leading national recruitment strategies for industries like pharma, healthcare, professional services, and real estate.

My passion for events started on the inside with planning internal company experiences centered around connection, networking, and team culture. That’s where I saw the power of intentional gatherings and how much they can shape a brand’s presence and people.

In 2022, I launched The Lavish Brand Collective to bring that same level of strategy and impact to women-led brands. Since then, I’ve helped my clients generate over $300K in event revenue and partnered with companies like RingCentral, McCarthy, Supreme Lending, and Toyota on curated brand activations. I’ve also secured over $15K in sponsorships to amplify those moments.

Originally from Texarkana and now based in Addison, Texas, I’m a wife, traveler, brunch lover, and poker player which, for me, means always staying strategic, knowing when to play the long game, and never folding on a good idea.

Right now, I’m building for women who are intentional about their community, serious about their growth, and ready to host events that do more than just look good for social media, but make an impact. My goal is to build long-term, high-touch relationships with a small circle of clients who are ready to grow with intention.
